Architecture
First it was line drawings, then it was watercolour now it is CGI.

Marketing property before it is built seems to follow a trend - first one adopts a new way of doing things then everyone follows suit soon afterwards.

We are in the age of CGI. Everyone is using them for marketing - from 1 bedroom apartments to 7 bedroom executive houses and beyond - whatever it is, it has to have a CGI.

Trouble is some are good - some are bad!

Bottom of the heap is the cheap soulless plastic looking image that all too often hinders not helps in the selling process.
Top of the heap (where you are looking now!) are the vibrant, eye catching colourful CGI's that create moods and evoke emotional response from the viewer. Realistic representations of your buildings that are manipulated to make the whole experience irresistible to your viewer and make selling much, much easier.
